Some years ago whilst on holiday in Cornwall we discovered Porthleven purely by chance. We immediately fell in love with the picturesque unspoilt harbour, which made us feel that we had stepped back in time.
In early 2007 we were fortunate enough to have the rare opportunity to purchase 6 Bay View Terrace, which is a Grade II listed 3 Bed Victorian semi detached house offering fantastic sea and harbour views.
Abraham Delbridge built Bay View Terrace in 1902-1905. There are a total of eighteen houses in the Terrace, which is considered to be one of the most sought after locations in Porthleven.
We have completely refurbished the property installing a new kitchen and bathroom, refurnishing, re-carpeting and re-decorating throughout.
